AgentRag

Validation Errors#


AGENTRAG_MISSING_AGENT_ID#

The agentId is not set in the AgentRag node, so the agent RAG execution failed.
Enter the agent ID in the agentId property in the AgentRag node settings.
Check whether the agent you want to use exists.

AGENTRAG_INVALID_AGENT_ID#

The agentId of the AgentRag node is not in a valid UUID format.
Enter a valid UUID in the agentId property of the AgentRag node in the workflow builder. Example: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
Check whether the agentId property of the AgentRag node exceeds the maximum length.

AGENTRAG_MISSING_QUESTION#

No question was entered in the AgentRag node, so the agent execution failed.
Enter a question in the question property in the AgentRag node settings.
Enter a non-empty placeholder in the question property.

AGENTRAG_INVALID_QUESTION#

The question in the AgentRag node exceeds the allowed length limit (2,000 characters).
Reduce the question length to 2,000 characters or fewer in the AgentRag node settings.
Check whether the variable or function used to generate the question is returning longer text than expected.

AGENTRAG_INVALID_CALLBACK_URL#

The format of callback_url in the AgentRag node is invalid, so the workflow execution failed.
Check whether callback_url is a valid URL starting with http:// or https://.
Correct or remove the invalid callback_url.

Network Errors#


AGENTRAG_DNS_FAILURE#

The AgentRag node cannot find the address of the AgentRag server. The AgentRag server may not be configured correctly.
Check whether the agentId is correct in the AgentRag node settings.
Check whether the AgentRag server is running.
Check whether the hostname of the AgentRag server is correct.

AGENTRAG_CONNECTION_REFUSED#

The AgentRag node was refused by the server. The AgentRag service may be temporarily unavailable.
Run the workflow again after a short wait.
Check whether the AgentRag node settings (agentId, etc.) are correct.
Contact the STORM administrator to check the AgentRag service status.

AGENTRAG_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT#

The AgentRag node failed because it could not establish a connection within the specified time.
Check whether the agentId of the AgentRag node is correct.
Check whether the AgentRag server is running.
Check the network connection status.

AGENTRAG_READ_TIMEOUT#

The AgentRag node failed due to a response timeout. The AgentRag server received the request but did not respond within the configured time.
Check whether the agentId of the AgentRag node is correct.
Check whether the AgentRag server is operating properly.
Increase the timeout setting of the AgentRag node.

AGENTRAG_WRITE_TIMEOUT#

The AgentRag node took too long to receive a response, so the workflow execution failed.
Check whether the agentId of the AgentRag node is correct.
Check whether the AgentRag server is operating properly.
Increase the timeout setting of the AgentRag node.

AGENTRAG_SSL_ERROR#

The AgentRag node failed to establish a secure SSL/TLS connection. There may be a problem with the certificate of the AgentRag server.
Check whether the certificate of the AgentRag server is valid.
Check whether the correct server address is being used in the AgentRag node settings.
Check whether all certificates required for the workflow are configured properly.

AGENTRAG_CONNECTION_ERROR#

The AgentRag node failed to connect to the AgentRag server. The AgentRag server may not be responding, or there may be a network issue.
Check whether the AgentRag server is running.
Check the network connection status.
Check whether the agentId setting of the AgentRag node is correct.

HTTP Status Errors#


AGENTRAG_HTTP_400#

An error occurred while executing the AgentRag node. The AgentRag server rejected the request.
Check whether the agentId is valid.
Check whether the question is not empty.
Check whether the other parameter settings of the AgentRag node are correct.

AGENTRAG_HTTP_401#

Authentication failed in the AgentRag node. The API key or authentication header is invalid.
Check the API key or authentication header in the AgentRag node settings.
Check whether the API key has expired.
Check whether the API key is registered on the authentication server.

AGENTRAG_HTTP_403#

The workflow execution failed because the AgentRag node does not have permission to access the agent.
Check whether the correct agent ID (agentId) was entered in the AgentRag node settings.
Check whether you have permission to access the selected agent.
Request agent access permission from the administrator.

AGENTRAG_HTTP_404#

The AgentRag node cannot find the agent corresponding to the specified agentId.
Check whether the agentId is correct in the AgentRag node settings.
Check whether an agent with that agentId exists in the workflow builder.
If the agent has been deleted, change it to another valid agent ID.

AGENTRAG_HTTP_429#

Too many requests were made to the AgentRag node, so the service has been temporarily limited.
Run the workflow again after a short wait.
Check whether the agentId of the AgentRag node is correct.
Check the usage limits of the AgentRag service or contact the service provider.

AGENTRAG_HTTP_500#

The AgentRag node failed due to a server error. An unexpected issue occurred in the AgentRag service.
Check the AgentRag node settings and re-enter the required information.
Check whether the AgentRag service is operating properly.
If the problem persists, contact the administrator.

AGENTRAG_HTTP_502#

The AgentRag node failed because it received an invalid response from an external server.
Check whether the agentId of the AgentRag node is correct.
Check whether the external server is operating properly.
Run the workflow again after a short wait.

AGENTRAG_HTTP_503#

The service required to execute the AgentRag node is temporarily unavailable.
Run the workflow again after a short wait.
Check whether the AgentRag node settings (agentId, indexName, etc.) are correct.
Contact the STORM administrator to check the AgentRag service status.

AGENTRAG_HTTP_504#

The AgentRag node failed due to a timeout. The AgentRag server is not responding.
Check whether the agentId of the AgentRag node is correct.
Check whether the AgentRag server is operating properly.
Try running the AgentRag node again.

AGENTRAG_HTTP_CLIENT_ERROR#

The AgentRag node failed to communicate with the agent server. There may be a problem with the agent configuration or request parameters.
Check whether the agentId of the AgentRag node is correct.
Check whether the input values passed to the AgentRag node (query, etc.) are in the format expected by the agent.
Check whether the agent used in the workflow is operating properly.
Check the network connection status of the agent server.

AGENTRAG_HTTP_SERVER_ERROR#

The AgentRag node failed due to a server error. The AgentRag service is temporarily not responding.
Run the workflow again after a short wait.
Check whether the AgentRag node settings (agentId, indexName, etc.) are correct.
Contact the AgentRag service to check the service status.

Processing Errors#


AGENTRAG_JOB_ERROR#

The AgentRag node failed. Check the validity of the agent settings, knowledge base, and question.
Check whether the agent settings are correct.
Check whether the required information is included in the knowledge base.
Check whether the question is relevant to the agent.

AGENTRAG_TIMEOUT#

The AgentRag node did not return a response within the configured time.
Increase the exploration_timeout_ms value of the AgentRag node.
Reduce the size of the knowledge base used by the AgentRag node.
Check whether sufficient resources are available for the AgentRag node.

AGENTRAG_INVALID_RESPONSE#

The AgentRag node received an unexpected response. You need to check the response structure of the AgentRag server.
Check the version of the AgentRag server and API compatibility.
Check whether the AgentRag node settings match the server.
Contact the AgentRag server administrator to review the response structure.

AGENTRAG_UNKNOWN_ERROR#

An unexpected error occurred in the AgentRag node, so the workflow execution failed.
Review the AgentRag node settings to check for any incorrect configuration.
Check the AgentRag server logs to identify the cause of the error.
Also review the settings of the other nodes connected to the AgentRag node.
