Loop Node#
This node repeatedly executes an internal workflow until a specific condition is met. It can be used to build logic that requires repetitive processing or re-execution until the desired result is achieved. The Loop node is a node that can repeatedly execute the subworkflow contained within it.
It is useful not for flows that run only once, but for cases where the same task must be repeated multiple times until a condition is satisfied.
For example, it is suitable for building workflows that retry until a specific value is returned or repeatedly process until the desired result is obtained.
How It Works#
The inside of the Loop node works like a subworkflow.
The nodes executed inside the Loop can use the variables and values of the parent workflow as they are.
Each time the internal execution flow reaches the Loop End node, the Loop checks the termination condition.
If the condition is met → the Loop ends.
If the condition is not met → the Loop runs again.
Loop Termination Condition#
The termination condition can be configured in the form of an IF condition.
You can use variables, comparison operators, and comparison values in the condition.
Multiple conditions can be combined with AND / OR.
If no termination condition is set, the Loop will repeat until it reaches the maximum number of iterations.
Maximum Number of Iterations#
You can configure the maximum number of iterations for the Loop node.
Even if the termination condition is not met, the Loop will end once the configured maximum number of iterations is reached.
This helps prevent infinite loops and control the execution scope.
Example Use Cases#
Re-run until the desired response is generated
Repeatedly process until a specific value meets the required condition
Build tasks that require retry logic
Build flows that need to run step by step while checking whether conditions are met
