Deployment Management

Deployment#

The Deployment page is the final stage for safely publishing a fully tested agent to the live service environment.
At this stage, operators can deploy agents verified in the development (Dev) environment to the live environment with a single click.
This enables continuous delivery of improvements without service downtime.
Stable Operation: Instant rollback functionality allows quick recovery in case of errors.
Knowledge Consistency: Each deployment package includes both knowledge data and feedback, minimizing data loss between versions.
Operational Efficiency: Since configuration settings are managed separately from deployments, they can be safely updated even while the service is live.

Click the Deploy button to promote the current Dev environment agent to the Live environment.
The process runs automatically, and the new version is activated immediately after completion.
Each agent version includes the following:
1.
Knowledge documents and collected feedback
2.
System error messages
However, channel connections, permission settings, and validation patterns are managed separately and applied immediately upon modification, independent of the deployment process.
If unexpected issues occur in the Live environment after deployment, you can instantly roll back to the previous version.
→ Click the More (⋯) button next to the desired version and select Deploy this version to revert.
The system retains up to 10 agent versions.
When this limit is exceeded, the oldest version is automatically deleted.
If you need to preserve a specific version, make sure to back it up or manage it separately before deletion.
