/api/v2/temp-files

This API is called before starting a file upload. When this API is invoked, a temporary file record is created and a presigned URL is issued, allowing the file to be uploaded directly to S3.
The presigned URL is valid only for a limited time. After uploading the file using this URL, you must call the “File Upload Completion” API to start the file parsing process.
