How to go live - Airalo Developer Platform

Once you’ve completed testing in sandbox mode and you wish to switch to production mode, you can request this switch by reaching out to your account manager.

Collect the LIVE credentials

If you encounter any issues with the credentials, follow the same steps as you did in the initial setup.

Ensure you have set the live credentials on the Airalo Plugin page

Click “Sync now” to begin syncing products.

Set up your official email communications

Configure pricing for production, using the same methods used in sandbox mode.

Switch your payment gateway to production mode

Perform test purchases in production

Note that all orders done while in sandbox mode are dummy and will not be reflected in production mode.
