AddIPAddressLinks

Adds IP address links.If the first and second ID arrays contain the same number of items, one to one links will be created.If the first or second array contains a single item and the other array contains multiple items, a one to many relationship will be created.The link description must already have been created using the AddIPAddressLinkDescription method.
